I've had this aquarium for quite a few years now and it's held up to a lot of abuse. I just recently dug it out of storage again to house a new betta and I'm surprised at how clear the acrylic still is. My other plastic tanks have gotten so badly scratched you can hardly see the fish. Not this little guy! The biggest drawbacks in my opinion is the lack of lighting. It has a dark lid and you don't get the full effect of your colorful betta without shining some light on it. I also don't find it big enough to keep two betta in and recommend taking out the divider. Your fish will be much more entertaining for you with some room to move.
